Cheese Chocolate Muffin
牛油80g,黄糖 70g,鸡蛋2个,鲜奶60ml,特幼粉140g,可可粉2汤匙,发粉2茶匙
内陷:cream cheese 80g, 糖2大匙
1.特幼粉、可可粉及发粉过筛。内陷搅拌至糊状
2.奶油及黄糖打至松发,加入鸡蛋打发(一次一个)
3.加一半的粉继续搅拌,然后倒入鲜奶,再加入剩余的面粉
4.用塑胶刀将面糊搅拌至无颗粒(这时可以预热烤箱150度)
5.一大匙面糊倒入纸杯,倒入一小匙内陷,再倒入面糊至8分满
6.烘烤25mins,取出放在铁架上待凉
