Cheddar Cheese Muffin
A:芝士3片,鲜奶80g
B:牛油70g,糖60g
C:鸡蛋2个(打散)
D:特幼粉130g,发粉1 1/2tsp
1)将A隔水煮溶,待凉
2)B打发,分次加入C搅匀
3)倒入芝士糊搅匀,然后加D拌匀
4)将面糊倒入纸杯,150度烤25分钟
